By carrying out ISO9000, inducing the overall management idea of lean manufacturing and Mcgraw Hill six sigma and adopting tight and effective operation system, to interpret the definition of modem lighting products and to meet the customers' expectation of such products to the largest extent.
1. Customer service: As for the daily inquiries from customers, 80% could be replied the same day, and the rest within 2 days.
2. It takes 10% less than the year of 2009 of the time ( from receipt of intention of contract to sign of the formal contract ) of customer identification & assessment .
3. To cut down inventory cost 10% annually based on the year 2009.
4. The pass rate of the products should be increased 1% annually based on the year of 2009.
5. The economic benefits should be increased 1% annually on the basis of the year of 2009.
6. If the date of delivery should be delayed anyway( approved by the general manager ), it should not be more than 3 days.
7. The rate of unsolved customer Complain should not exceed 6% per season and 9% the whole year.
